"I can’t get over the customer service I received with Betsy. I fell on hard times and had issues with insurance and when I called back to get things in order there was no compassion shown or even patience. When I was insured with this company it was hard to contact Betsy most of the time. She seems to not be able to handle the workload. She’s rushy, always on another call, rude at times and not that great with communication. This woman had my address wrong and I had to get corrected by StateFarm. They were sending my mail to my neighbors at one point. Terry was informative but her assistant Betsy is what’s ruining it. I am 100% that Betsy drops the ball here and there. I put my life on it. I’d go somewhere else if you need great communication and great customer service"
